I didn't love love twilight either... the true blood books are more grown up and mystery oriented. a lot of fun I tell ya! try the first book and see how you like it.... if you don't, then it's probably not worth reading the rest.
the cardio yoga kicked my butt. I mean, it KICKED. MY. BUTT.
That trainer is a robot!! totally unreal... hard, but worth it!!
I'll have to check out the on-demand workout stuff, Thithi! Thanks for the tip! (And I, too, couldn't put the Twilight series down even as I was rolling my eyes and mumbling to myself about mediocre writing and annoying characters.)
^ how true, how true!!! the first book was soooo slow, and the 2nd and 3rd were a waste of time. the 4th was interesting, but where was the romance??
for on demand, I usually alternate two programs.... start with a dance workout of some sort, then on to abs or legs.... or kickboxing then to yoga or pilates. I try to stick to the 20 min workouts if I have the time.

perfection, sexy, nasty, violent, smart, Ron Perlman is the head of the outlaw biker gang-bad guy, Katy Sagal is the top biker momma hot evil woman in her 50's who looks fantastic, Charlie Hunnam(evil albino in cold mountain, dread motorcycle guy in children of men) is the super HOT biker boy & Katy's character’s son, Kim Coates-I love the incredibly evil Kim Coates this guy is an amazing actor and his character is such a bad bad man.
Its kind of The Soprano's as a biker gang but has its own flavor. Amazing cast, great characters, storylines. WE(the SO & I) LOVE this show, love it. I cant wait for it to come back next season. Its solidly great like Rome was.

I need to get back into it. Before I we got Penny, I was so healthy and in shape. I had lost 20 lbs and was getting really toned. Since then, I've gained back 15 of those lbs and just feel so out of shape and eat so poorly and am tired all the time. I have NO EXCUSE not to work out for 1/2 hour a day. I've really got to get my butt back in gear.
you and me both sarah! I am feeling ya...that is why i ordered it...figured it's worth a try...I hate spending money on things and not using it so that is motivation in itself!
