Did you order the Natasha from the Saks website? I tried to do a charge send through the NYC store but so far I haven't gotten an email confirmation

oh killjoy, you made me so upset lol. how long ago did you place your order??? the only confirmation i got was the rep i was chatting with not the store and she told me it was coming from some other store there was none at nyc because i would have just went there and checked it out, asking over the phone seems impossible. i hope we get our orders!!

I tried to do my charge send this past Sunday so it's still really early. I just called customer service to see if there was an order under my name in the system. The CS rep said that all they can see is an open order, meaning that they are still trying to locate a Natasha. So it's all really up in the air right now and she said that if they do locate one that I should get a shipping/order confirmation. I guess we just have to wait it out and see what happens, argh!

Nooooooo! Ugh, that sucks! I still have NOT received any order or shipping confirmation from Saks yet so I've just about given up. This is what I get for not buying the bag when I was at the MJ store right across the street from my work. I told the salesgirl I would "think it over" and she said "I don't think it'll be here tomorrow" and I thought she was using scare tactics on me but nope, she was right.

Oh no, I didn't order the Sasha. I only tried to order the Natasha from Saks which is also still in process.
Well I don't know if you should give up yet. I didn't hear a thing from Saks after I placed my order. I just ran into the manager for my building a week later and he was like "I think I got a package for you." I practically jumped on him, poor man!
