Do you have the item number for this from Saks? I just called to see if they still had any of the black Natashas left but the rep told me he needed an item number.
For Torontonians, there's a bluish purple (grape?) Sasha at Holt Renfrew Sherway Gardens as of this afternoon.
I was at the San Francisco Saks, but they had to order from another store. Not sure which one! So I imagine you could go to any?

I was thinking about that too. the leather on my bag is completely smooth - there's no "wrinkles" or "dimples" or texture to it. I saw a Newsprint Sookie (I think that's the bag) at MbyMJ and the leather was nice and textured and it was much smooshier. Maybe I got a tuffer part of the hide of something (which isn't to say the leather's not soft - because it is - the bag's just not smooshy)
It could just be that the Brown one had been on display for a while and was probably handled/tried on a lot before I bought it. Maybe that's why it was so much softer. I dunno - I love the newsprint color, but I'm not loving the bag itself as much. I'm hoping that it starts to soften soon. It's just not as comfortable to carry as the Brown one was (I also wonder if that shoulder strap could be part of it - if you look at the modeling pics, you can see that the Brown one had a longer drop and it was actually on a shorter setting than I have the newsprint on)
They had the grape PTTM Natasha at the San Francisco Saks last Friday when I was there. They might still have it.
Thank you so much for the item number! I just went on live chat and they told me they had it at the NYC store so I called them but of course they DON'T have it! So then I spoke to Julianna there who was very nice and helpful. She said that they do have it at several other stores (she didn't say which ones) but that she will help me do a charge send. SO, hopefully this will work out and I'll get one. I've been chasing this bag around like crazy. If the order goes through I should be getting an email confirmation. Wish me luck!
