Could it be this bag? It's called the Rusty on endless.com for $298. cute. it's like a mini Melvie.

Hmmm, thats weird - that is the bag (I called and it is called the Rusty)
but the strap was really long - like the strap on the large bags - and it had a shoulder pad at the very top that's knotted somehow. It's hard to describe
I don't think I'm headed back up there this weekend (I was waiting for the new umbrellas to come in and they didn't get there), but maybe I can call and ask my SA to snap a pic for me and give me all the details

you might fit a ZC OR a cosmetic bag inside there, but I don't think both will fit. It's definitely a smaller bag, meant for lighter use, but it's larger than the pouchette and can fit more inside (the measurements on Endless say it's 10.5 wide by 6.5 inch high)

when I was at MbyMJ last night, she said everything from that line is selling very quickly and that this is the last season they're doing the line - she said there are no plans to re-release the Petal to the Metal series for Spring/Summer

That's surprising. I find it hard to believe they don't plan on re-releasing the Petal line - it's so popular!

I know! I thought for sure that we would see more of it. It's such a runaway hit. I would have loved to see that bag in some Spring/Summer shades. So cute.
