First and foremost, special thanks to @earswithfeet for posting this gem in the Finds.:hugs:

After purchasing, I tried to cancel because the pics were terrible and I couldn’t get a good read on the condition. Kudos to the seller for convincing me not to. With my expectations set exceedingly low and knowing I could always return it, I took a chance. It paid off. This bag has turned out to be one of my all time favorites in my collection so far.

💚 F/W 2006 Sapin City 💚 After I opened the box, everything about this bag took my breath away. A deeply saturated dark green with the most divine chèvre leather.:loveeyes::loveeyes:

L:heart:VE IT!
Of all my Bbags the leather on my Sapin Day is my absolute favorite
Its actually spoiled me & now when I receive a Bbag without thick soft, bubbly leather I'm a little disappointed
(not really :P)
Yours looks veiny AND bubbly -- the best combination!!

Your Sapin Day is an excellent example.

Sapin, you’re so “vein”…you probably think this post is about you.

Since receiving the Sapin Day, I knew I wanted to add another to my collection & had pretty much decided I wanted it to be Ink
The leather for this color always seems to be hit or miss, but I think I hit the jackpot with this one
The leather on the front is textured & veiny, while the back is soft & smooth and the bottom is thick & bubbly!
Came with all its tags & extras & was a blast from the past & a store I think its safe to say we all miss --Aloha Rag!

I really don't like ending up purchasing a find I posted myself...haha...
But couldn't resist after the seller drastically reduced the price. And I was curious about the color. Looks washed out, but I like that in some cases. So, hopefully this 06 Origan Work will arrive soon. :amuse:

I think you'll like it. The pic doesn't do it justice IMO.

Congrats, I found that with the leather on mine as well.
Yeah, I wonder how exacting the leather disclosures are on the paper cards (mine came with none, either way). Could it be that they had leftover leather lying around from F/W 07 that they used in 08? Because the leather on this Marine City is identical to the leather on my Vert Fonce, Grape, Jaune, and Mogano bags. None of my other bags have these signature F/W 07 leather characteristics.

I had a Day and a Courier and both had that same leather. I'm sure I had tags for one of them and if I recall correctly it was an 08 that read agneau. I still find it hard to believe.
