Manufacturer excess?

Is this something mulberry even does? I have never heard of a high end company doing this.. It would either be destroyed or sent to an outlet. My friends keep asking me about this one girl selling the bags labeling them "Manufacturer excess". I told them i doubt mulberry would do that and I'm sure it's fake...

You would be right there is no such thing as mulberry manufacturer excess it is main shop outlet as a 0 or 00 label depending on what they think is wrong with the bag then lastly scored through labels which are only sold to staff and if not scrapped.
