PS Dept is awesome....especially Kelsey. I requested a bucket bag yesterday and she found within 3 hours....with immediate shipping. When she said immediate shipping I assumed it would be here sometime next week which would have been fine...but it arrives today!!!!!!!
I just got my flamma mini crossbody, originally promised for October but I'm happy to see it early.
The charge is for the worst case scenario. Like if they order something for me from NAP, I will get tax on my initial invoice and then it will go away once the order actually gets charged since I'm out of state.
I've only bought two things from PS Dept., and in both case, the price I paid was less than what was shown in the cart.
Me too! My invoice had a finders fee and tax but the actual amount was retail price of bag only!
In both of my cases, PS dept waived the taxes and shipping. I was happy about that!
I've just used PS Dept for the first time today because I got #%&@*!+' tired of missing the restock
it went surprisingly easy, almost too easy.
Anyway, hopefully I'm getting my Rosa Crossbody soon. I paid a bit more but I've rationalized in my sad little head that it's for everything I went through with the previous restock mishaps:shame:

Thanks for agreeing with my rationalization. My worry now is how addictive this process is. They literally find anything for you, I can get so used to this convenience

Has anyone use PS Dept that is based outside US? PS Dept managed to find a bucket for me this morning and as I was paying with an overseas cc (which I have checked with them prior and they said it should work) I keep having a popped up screen saying my billing and shipping addresses need to be within US. They said they will check at their end but I am not sure what I am suppose to do....
