Hi. I tried to download PS Dept app on my iPhone so many times but nothing came out. Is this app applicable for USA only?

I managed to do it by opening a U.S. iTunes account. It's pretty easy, Google for instructions. You will also need to have a USA freight forwarding address as I believe PS dept only ship within the USA.

A bit of effort, but it was totally worth it for me to get a large cammello/rosa on pre-order!

There are companies who provide freight forwarding services - basically you sign up and they give you a U.S. delivery address. When your items get to that address they send it on to wherever you want. I use hopshopgo which is owned by PayPal but there are quite a lot of other similar companies. Most of them are free to sign up and you just pay for shipping.

Yeah I'm malaysian and have a U.S. shipping address as well. Very useful since quite a lot of US shops won't send internationally. I've ordered from the ETC store through PS Dept, I told them upfront that the address I gave them was a parcel forwarder, and they were very understanding and happily helped me to pre order a lady bag. The only stores in my experience that don't accept parcel forwarders are Sephora and Ulta, so keep that in mind.

I've been using Shipito for 2 years now and have been very satisfied with them. But just google US parcel forwarders and you will get a lot of options. Just don't go for Borderlinx, my friend used the, before and they stole stuff from her haul.

Thanks for brilliant idea!

^^^Going to do the same thing since I got my mini last week from opening ceremony and the one I paid for about 2 months ago is not supposed to ship until December.
I'll keep you guys updated.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. Kelsey found me a large black ballerina bucket in less than 3 hours today with immediate shipping... I would definitely use them again!!!
