I just wanted to share my excitement - just scored a black/flamma canvas tote through PS. I left a wish list with Kat a week ago and she actually got back to me yesterday to say this one was immediately available! It was processed with a tracking no. within hours.

Hi. I tried to download PS Dept app on my iPhone so many times but nothing came out. Is this app applicable for USA only?

Only problem I've had is that the orders don't always go through, as they first must be confirmed by their sources-I have lost out on one MG bag and one Valentino because of this.

I personally call Asia's Agent because their preorder is closed at the moment. The lady in charge was on holiday. Her colleague said she will pass my name n info to the lady in charge. I really hope she will. I don't mind long waiting list for preorder as long as I can have my bags!

You will know if it goes through when PS confirms it – usually within a couple of days. Then the only thing is to wait for it....

I have nothing but good things to say about PS Dept. I requested a regular size black bucket with flamma interior on Wednesday and it arrived in the mail on Saturday.
