I hope I'm in the proper thread! Has anyone had experience ordering from Bergdorf Goodman? Over a week ago a black/ flamma large veg tan bucket was available... In stock! I ordered it, then five days later relieved a cancellation notice email due to it being out of stock! So, this morning at 6am I logged on and once again, the bag was available! I quickly ordered it...I'm anticipating another cancellation. :( is this what usually happens? So frustrating!

I ordered my mini mini from BG without any issues. Although I did notice that they listed the product wrong on their website, calling it the "mini". Good thing I knew it was the "mini mini" from the dimensions listed. So I wouldn't be surprised if there was issues with their inventory or product listings.

I had issues when I pre-ordered mine. It was cancelled twice. Their customer service "live chat" was so hopeless that I stopped buying from them. Barneys is way better!

Sooooo my second BG order for large black/flamma was cancelled :(
And, when I called store to check stock, both sales associates on the 5th floor (where MG bags are) placed me on hold for over ten minutes... And when I called back, pretended like we never spoke! I give up on this bag...👎🏼 what a disappointment. I'm too impatient to wait until March from Barneys. By the way, Bergdorf DOES have the large Cammelo and large light pink buckets in stock as of tonight!

Congrats!
Ordered a mini bucket from their website last summer (one second after it was posted :graucho:), overall a great experience. Good information, quick delivery, hassle free.

I've been searching all over the web, and couldn't believe I found one. I guess the mini buckets are the rarer ones :) this will be my first, cannot wait!!

Only thing now is not looking forward to the import duty [emoji24]

Just received my large veg tanned in black/royal blue! 💙 what a beautiful bag- so light! By the way, Bergdorfs came through and I called and ordered from a salesperson in store- def the way to go, because they seem to get stock weekly!
