Started using my Navy canvas bucket today. My other 2 MGs are a large brandy/avion tote and a mini camello/rosa bucket , both in the vegetable tanned leather. The canvas bucket's strap and trim is in the lux calf. It's so buttery and supple, I think I'm going to try for either the bucket or tote in the lux calf in May.

I have two veg tanned and one calf and one canvas, the blush moss canvas but it seems the strap and trim are veg tan not calf. I think the straps are soft on my veg tans but def can tell the difference between the calf and veg tan.
HermesLVe, thanks so much for this. I was wondering the same thing and you confirmed it! I really want something in the calf now. I'm thinking now that I might get the mini backpack in either the calf or tumbled in rosa just as a change. I really really want to have my mind made up in time for the May restock so I can just pick and go and no risk of a sellout. Do you love the canvas? It's so light! Which do you have in calf and what color?
I have veg tan large bucket black ballerina, small tote camello raw, mini calf bucket flamma flamma and just bought the large canvas blush moss bucket at the relaunch I would have liked a mini (sold out to fast) but I actually love the canvas bc it is more smushy and structured unlike the tumbled and not stiff like the veg tan. I was unsure until I got it! I don't have pics of it right now bc I am in the middle of moving.

I had the same issue but the lack of notification of the charge was caused by an incorrect email address. Not certain how this happened because I had ordered mine online but it did because they sent copies of two attempted notifications when I inquired. What they did in my situation was to charge me prior to receiving the bag from MG to insure I have one. They gave me the proposed shipment date from MG so I suppose we will wait and see what happens. Their company was prompt in reply and thorough in their explanation. I just had no idea the charge would be made prior to having the merchandise.
According to they they do not have the blue tumbled in stock at present.

I thought I wanted a mini too but I'm appreciating the extra room in the regular navy bucket. Your bags are gorgeous especially the red calf. Before your post I was leaning towards the blush canvas but I'm glad you told me it was trimmed in the vegetable tanned. I really want an all calf or trimmed in calf. I was considering tumbled but especially in a mini backpack, it might be too smooshy. Like you, I'm really loving the canvas for the same reasons.
Im between the black saffiano leather bucket or flamma calf leather.. Im pretty particular about my bags and dont think I would like scratches or dents and I also dont want to baby my bags either... Would you recommend the flamma calf? How has it worn? I also live in a rainy/snowy city.. Would it hold up well in bad weather?
I love calf leather it has held up well I have also applied bick 4 and bicks spray protectant on it. I still would be worried if I lived somewhere where it rained or snowed a lot. I would think the saffiano leather would hold up a lot better in those circumstances.

I have not seen the saffiano tote IRL, how does it compare to the original tote? Is it as stiff? Does it keep its shape? Thanks so much
