Hi all - seeking advice of this forum! I was naughty and purchased two pairs of Hangisis in the recent summer sales, with the intention of only keeping one pair. Of course, now they have arrived, they are both gorgeous and I am totally torn which to keep. Both are 90s and in my size, so the only difference is the colour. I appreciate everyone's lifestyle/wardrobe is different and it's really my decision to make, but seeking general thoughts please!

Option 1 - Claret
Pros: I typically wear dark neutrals (although not red) so this will blend but not match. The darker the colour, them more likely I am to wear in my office (but as they are satin they are still on the dressy/delicate side for an office look).
Cons: as it's not a perfect match to my wardrobe, why not go pop? Is a dark colour too boring? I already have black and grey Hangisi heels.

Option 2 - Fuschia
Pros: very fun, statement shoe - really stands out against neutrals/jeans.
Cons: not office appropriate; will be for events/weekends only. I have a pair of turquoise Hangisi flats that I don't wear very much (but that could be because they are flats and I find those uncomfortable!).

The claret is on my checkout box for the longest time. It’s on my wishlist. I would choose it over fuschia. The color is so rich and elegant and hoes with most colors. I would say this is a pop neutral color.

Both are great colours. I prefer the claret. The colour just looks more rich and sophisticated. Since you can also wear it at work, it's more versatile. I love pops of colour like the fuschia, but there's something about it that doesn't fit the style for me.

I feel like you have to go with which one “sparks joy” as Marie Kondo says. I have several pairs and the 90 height is the most wearable. I have the fuschia and they really do pop no matter with what else I wear. They get a lot of looks from people who don’t know what the brand is because they are a statement piece. So for me I would chose the fuschia but if the Claret spark joy more than the fuschia, chose those. You said neither really match your wardrobe exactly so that’s how I would make this decision if I were you. What a fun decision to have to make!

On sale I would probably just keep both if you can afford to and like this style/know you'll wear them/comfortable enough  I like the fuchsia more, but the claret would be really pretty for fall and around Christmas! I have 1 pair of satin shoes (actually in fuchsia) and love them, but I don't wear them much as I'm too worried about the satin getting dirty or snagged and I have to be so careful when I walk to not bang them together or scuff them on anything.

I think they would look amazing with a favorite pair of favorite light-colored cropped jeans. Even Levi's 501 with a white t-shirt, white sleeveless blouse, white tank or halter. A lady like handheld bag in orange, yellow or green. They really would elevate a cute casual brunch with the girls.

Hello,
Does anyone have these orange floral ones? Any idea how to style them?
I can only imagine them with white dresses… thanks for your tips

I have another floral print heel, have only worn them with jeans and they look amazing. I also have a floral in the flat and wear them with jeans, too.

Green dress, different shades
olive skirt or cargos
khaki or beige skirt
white jeans
dark denim dress, like a Dior denim
etoupe dress (Hermes has several this season)
These particular shoes to me evoke Carolina Herrera or Oscar de la Renta,
but depending on your age and lifestyle, that may not work, IDK

ETA: dolce and gabbana in the 1990s mixed floral all the time with leopard print. I would do a brown based leopard,
not a print with white

you could also go complimentary color or adjacent, so a red dress, or orange, or ironic preppy pink
have fun; I might even do a geometric print or gingham in a much larger or much smaller scale.

This is a fun shoe & I would have fun finding something a little unexpected to wear with
them besides the obvious & have the shoes be the standout part of what your outfit is
Any tones from brown, oranges, corals, coppers would look great in either a dress or a top
& of course jeans. Mix it up & explore..have fun doing it as well
Like the idea of adding leopard as well
