Manhattan PM or GM?

arrrg that's what I'm having a hard time with - I am a professional artist so I carry LOTS of stuff in my bags - so needless to say that my bag collection is always needing to be roomy for every day needs. I also have a clutch collection that I use for parties or evening outs - but I simply don't have use for a small bag.

sigh...I might as well just get a big ol speedy and call it a day LOL! then I have to decide which COLOR. DOh!

I can tell you out of my personal experience.
I too needed to buy a bag that could carry EVERYTHING.... so I purchased the Manhattan GM.
It is a fabulous bag and the size was great too!! The buclke is NO HASTLE at all.. You can tuck it in the bag, or even just into the slip and it will not bother you...

Then I had to return it the next day because the bag itself is really heavy. If you put things in there the weight becomes unmanageable, and I got bruises on my arms AND my shoulders. Also the handles are designed so you carry the bag or place it on your arm so it's REALLY uncomfortable to carry it on your shoulder.

I exchanged the bag to a Multipli-Cite and I LOVE IT.
I stuff in everything I can find and the bag is still light. Also the shoulder straps make it MUCH easier to carry the bag around.

I'd definitely go with the PM. NO DOUBT

GM. I love the look... the buckle is gorgeous and I love big bags. =P

I'd buy the GM, which is what I chose because I like bigger bags. You can fit alot in there and still have room left over for a scarf or gloves on cold days. Like the other ladies have said, it's a heavy bag. So sometimes I carry my bag in my right hand instead of my usual left hand. I figure I'm just exercising, lol!

I was going to suggest the cabas mezzo since you need a large bag for your carrying needs. That will be my next purchase, I read LV Addict say that she can't live without it!

I was going to suggest the babylone. It has long straps and can be used as tote or larger bag.
