arrrg that's what I'm having a hard time with - I am a professional artist so I carry LOTS of stuff in my bags - so needless to say that my bag collection is always needing to be roomy for every day needs. I also have a clutch collection that I use for parties or evening outs - but I simply don't have use for a small bag.

sigh...I might as well just get a big ol speedy and call it a day LOL! then I have to decide which COLOR. DOh!

I say GM all the way if you want a mid to larger bag. I have the GM and I have no problem with the buckle, just tuck it behind the buckle instead of buckling it every time. The GM can be a shoulder bag and a handheld whereas the PM is a handbag only. Its not a super large bag like the YSL oversize Muse, its a good size if you carry a water bottle, cosmetics, wallet, phone etc. Fits very comfortably.

gm. i'm 5'4 and i can kinda-even- get in on my shoulder. but heavy. and i leave it open. very good looking bag. i use it for work alot cuz it fits folders, etc...

I use mine for work too but I don't put folders in it, although they would fit. I do put other documents in it. It fits over my shoulder without a heavy winter coat. With no coat, it fits perfectly!

My sister has the PM and her friend was thinking of getting the GM, so she carried the PM for a bit and decided that the PM was heavy (without anything inside) as it is, let alone a GM, so she got the PM instead.

i think the PM is way cuter than the GM.

I was going to suggest the cabas mezzo since you need a large bag for your carrying needs. That will be my next purchase, I read LV Addict say that she can't live without it!:nuts:

Just wanted to let you know that just today I was in a LV Boutique comparing the exact same bags. The GM is a stunner for sure! The PM is nice, but IS small inside depending on your needs. I have a multi-color Speedy and it's a whole different bag. Also, it was demonstrated for me as someone else mentioned, that you can tuck the strap neatly in the back of the bag for when you feel you will need access to the inside frequently. Then just buckle it when you are through. Hope that helps! giselle
