Can anyone tell me if they have had to have the handles replaced (by RM or cobbler) on their MAM/MAB bags. If so, who did you use and did they turn out well. Pictures would be helpful. Thank you.

There was a lot of topics about this problem from 2008 and they used RM to fix it. If you used the search function for "mam handle replacement" I'm sure you will find plenty of topics on this.
I would try contacting the leather cobbler first and see if they can fix it first. If not, you might have to contact RM through her social media for help. Good luck!
