I suspect that those raving about this company are paid or fake posters. This company is a scam.

I never got my money back after I returned the wallet. They made it impossible by design.
I returned the wallet the next day because it was made of cheap material but despite my repeated emails and attempts to contact, they kept my $70. There are plenty of reputable sellers. They should not be patronized because they rip you off my design. I should have kept the wallet and donated to Goodwill because I am out both my money and the wallet.
They never responded to my repeated attempts to receive a refund for a cheap wallet they sent out which I immediately sent back to them. Customer "service"? They are a rip-off outfit. Wish I knew how to get the word out so others won't experience this.
If you paid with your credit card, it should be easy enough to do a chargeback, and be refunded.
Just received my bag. Don't do it. The money I spent on this bag, I could have gone to an outlet store and bought better quality!
What looked in the picture to be an inside pocket in the tote is a separate bag that looks like a wash bag and is different colour and material to the bag.

Bombard them as scam on their fb page and warn people. Tell them you won't stop and will spread the bad reviews about them until they refund you. I did that and never stopped repeating the same warning and they kept deleting my post until they blocked me out of their fb page. Then they sent me a message on fb, explaining that the cheap similar bags I saw on Amazon are fake and they copied them. I said you're not Chanel or LV that the fake sellers will copy you. Anyway, they offered me a refund, or to choose a new bag of my choice and still keep the previous bag, supposedly to make me happy. (and to keep my mouth shut, which was too late because I already blasted them with bad reviews in most of the forums and feedback). I was really pissed off. I didn't bother to return the bag as I will have to pay the shipping. I chose another bag which turned out to be a lot better, to get even with my price purchase. Note that whatever bag you choose, they all have cheap material linings inside. It's obviously made from China, noting the packaging and the length of delivery time. I just received my Toulouse Leather Tote, and it not at all what was advertised. It is not handmade in France. It is a knock off from China. It looks pretty good, but the chemical smell is so bad I can't possible use it. If anyone has a suggestion on how to get rid of the smell I would appreciated it. This is also available on numerous websites for less than $50.00. NOT AT ALL HAPPY
