I live in Dallas but used to shop exclusively at the SF location, where I traveled for a work sometimes or else went for short trips. My SA and I txted once in a while, sometimes about buying an item sometimes just to check in. She was always responsive, until towards the end of last year.

I ended up switching to Dallas (not because of txts, but because I don’t travel as much to SF anymore). I definitely get the sense that my SA here doesn’t like txting. I’m getting to get to the store more often since it’s closer to where I live, but I do miss the txting, selfishly. I’ve heard from others (not in TX) that their SA txts them regularly.

Also, there has been some debates on whether buying anything on the same day would count to your next QB pre-spend or not. To be safe, I would buy those later rather than on the same day...

Thank you 706MadisonAv! Yes, I definitely understand that getting that Constance will delay a Kelly or Birkin. I'm ok with that. I won't try getting a Birkin until next year. I will slowly build my profile within my financial means over time to reach my next goal. And yes, Guys and Gals, my SA did tell me in conversation something to the effect of .... if you buy a bag (ANY bag cuz I was asking about a picotin), it will impact your ability or speed in getting the next one. So MadisonAv is absolutely correct. I'm so glad I asked you guys because now I won't feel this awkward need to buy something to the day of. I will just let my SA know gently that I will continue to support her even after receiving this beautiful Constance.

If you maintain a good relationship with your SA, you will eventually get a Birkin or Kelly bag in the near future. (I consider that the relationship is more important than the pre-spend.) The only downside is that the price will likely go up next year.... which will be some thousands...

Aww man, I shoulda done it the other way around haha, but … I’m over the moon to be getting my first Constance. Maybe if I cultivate that relationship with my SA, I will have a relatively easier time to getting a quota bag eventually….

I offered a Constance 18 in Celeste with gold hw (Over the moon!!)

I am not sure if this is the right place to put this question-

My Hermes profile is under my maiden name. I use my personal CC for all my purchases which is also still under my maiden name. But I am planning to go get it all changed… what do I do about my profile? Has anyone had this experience?

Also - I have two profiles and my SA constantly gets annoyed about it. One is from an online order and the other is my in person shopping. Another SA who recently checked me out put my watch on the 2nd profile (the online one) and she got sooooo furious from it.

I just want to make sure they don’t question my CC saying it is the incorrect name if I get one with my married last name.

TYIA and sorry for a silly question on a very important thread lol

This is a very good question (and it is never silly at all), and I think people get this issue frequently.

In my experience, your SA can change/update the names. I only have 1 account in the US. My account appears as "middle name [per my preference] + last name," but my CC says "first name + last name." My SA has recently updated my title from Dr. to Prof. as I requested. So, it is now displayed as "Prof. middle + last names," instead of "Dr. or Mr. middle + last names," in my receipts and whenever I get the mails/packages from Hermes.

Shouldn't they be able to consolidate your online account with the in-store account? (I mean, it's 2024...? ;))

When I was in Paris, the FSH was not able to detect my US account at all, so I opened a new account there. My SA in the US did not tell/ask me anything about it. So, I assume they are completely independent...?

I actually am looking forward to seeing more responses regarding your thread. :)

H is moving to a global system. Soon you wont be able to maintain separate accounts in Paris and the US

This just happened to me. I had two profiles apparently so my SA worked with her Manager to merge them into one profile. Your SA can definitely have that done for you. They can also update your name, contact info, etc.

Thanks, @texas87. But, I think that has been said like for 2-3 years and we are still not there yet...? Someone also argued earlier elsewhere that Hermes is capable of doing so as others [e.g., Louis Vuitton and Dior] do, but they just decided not to do it...?

I asked about this a while ago because I heard the same thing and was told (on tpf) that it isn’t true. I’m interested to hear that you also heard the same rumor (or maybe were told by someone in authority).
