@kmang011 Did you manage to get an email for the Ginza boutique? I am assuming it is the stand alone store and not the one in the Ginza 6 shopping mall? I am interested in getting this pendant too when I visit Japan in the next year or so. So any information or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, are you referring to the Ginza only edition MOP with rose gold pendant? Similar to the other flagship pendants only available in Hong Kong, Paris and New York? It’s best to call or contact to let them know to expect you as they don’t always have one available. That was my experience in 2019.

I’ll try and look for the card to the SA but it’s been a long time. Alternatively, in the meantime you could try and make an appointment and put in your request using the form on their website. Use chrome so that the Japanese language is translated into English. The flagship is the main standalone store in Ginza.

There at multiple Ginza locations, do you know which one is the flagship? I just want to make sure I made an appointment at the right location.
