I find this medium magic to the the perfect size. Not sure why they dont have a mid sized one for the US market.
The US market has this same size but in WG only. I wished VCA would offer this in YG as part of their standard/permanent collection.
I heard the NYC version is the large size onyx magic in white gold and not in the medium magic. Ive never seen it.
Yes, the current NYC boutique exclusive pendant is the large Magic size. However, a few years ago, they released a “smaller” Magic onyx/white gold pendant for the NYC boutique after it was renovated and reopened. This was the same size as the Ginza, Vendome and HK Magic pendants.

Typically VCA will not transfer geographic specific pieces (like this one) from country to country. However, due to COVID and the travel restrictions, I was able to order the Vendome blue porcelain pendant directly from the Paris boutique. That is like the Ginza pendant except it is specific to the Place Vendome boutique (and is blue porcelain rather than mother of pearl). I had to pay some extra money for shipping above the retail cost, but it is still cheaper than buying from a reseller or personal shopper. You may want to reach out to the Ginza boutique directly to see if it would be possible to order the pendant directly from them.
OOoooohh, I am visiting Japan for business and I got my sticky fingers on this necklace. Luckily I had 5 pieces to choose from and I got to pick the most pinkish hue. It is a special necklace I know that I will have heavy use. I passed on my vintage MOP alhambra necklace to my daughter, stacking up the 2 pieces didn't seem very attractive. I am feeling special with this beautiful addition, although the boutique service was not special at all.....it was as if they wanted to get me out asap, well I don't blame them during this covid time....
