I have 15 bags, of which only 1 atm is H, although 5 are exotic, however I have a small wishlist , and my HG is a closely guarded secret (kept to myself until it becomes a reality) design executed by H Horizons for me, which will become the centre point of my collection - I don’t know whether or not I’ll be able have this done more than once, so it will have to be perfect..

Just want to pop into this thread to say that it really seems to me that you can ask about the Horizon process (and start one!) even if you don’t consider yourself a big client - I was just asked about my interest and while I do consider my relationship pretty good I am absolutely nowhere near the top spending percent or the longest clients at my store. My SA brought it up to me simply because I mentioned I wish there is a bag that does A, B and C and I’m sad nobody, especially H, makes one. I ended up deciding that Horizon is not for me at this point because of the price tag but it definitely is a dream and a process I’d love to go through if I have the budget.
This is true, in fact, last time I looked the website actually invites you to reach out for custom things. Horizon isn't an offer, it's actually open to any client.
I told my sa recently this is my dream but I need some time to confirm exactly what i want/love in a bag since this will be one time thing for me. I am kind of scared it will be like the simpsons episode where homer designed the crazy car that nobody liked.
H won't approve it if they don't like it. Although, the Himalaya and President bags kind of belie that statement
It’s my dream too-I know what I want, but atm I’m spending on jewellery and rtw..so it’ll be a few years before I go ahead, although I will go ahead.
Also another 3 bags on my wishlist first..afterwards I think I’ll have purse peace once I have everything.

Well you do get presented with the design mock-up and description before you finalise everything and give your approval to proceed. That's the stage when I requested that some changes be made. For most clients, this would
only be a one time thing as well. Please do keep us updated.
I was chatting with a friend about recent Horizon changes and I would hazard some advice to put in your brief as soon as you can. Horizon is one of those things which seem to not have limitations in terms of time and cost. Unlike regular Hermes price increases, Horizon quotes are in the league of their own and appear to increase exponentially, so earlier is always better. Hope this helps!

I’m aware everything changes..especially in the bespoke world..when I lived in Paris there were changes as Yves Saint Laurent died, the couture closed..
I’m aware that Horizon costs are very high, and my dream bag is exotic(I’ve carried exotics since I was about 17)..so my bag is likely to be Very expensive ..in Paris I looked at Morabito etc, but Horizon is in a league of its own.
