Those idiots!!! I hope they get everything corrected for you and quick!!! Sorry you aren't getting the punch mini skinny - that sucks!!! Macy's sucks!!! Our stores changed from Marshall Field's to Macy's and I hate Macy's with a passion. They keep screwing up things!
 
I *totally* miss Marshall Field's. Now that was a class A department store. And to be replaced by Macy's? :sick: :throwup: :yucky:

I notice that your email says that they are "processing your return." WTF?? You didn't receive anything to return! I'd be so furious if this was me. I hope they take care of you and make this right!!

Could be because in the system it was already charged so they technically need to do a "return". I had this happen with something i bought online. I never received the item but was charged for it. So before the sent out a new one, they "returned" the original and recharged me for it.
 
I finally got the shipping cost back. As for compensation, nothing yet. Maybe someone will respond to my email I sent.


Sorry to hear about all the trouble you had. That is so frustrating. I do hope they will add a little compensation (gift certificate or something) to make up for all the trouble they caused you. I hate when I have to spend my time resolving similar issues.
 
Unbelievable!! When Macy's bought Marshall Field's so many customers in Chicago said they would not shop at Macy's. Apparently Macy's didn't believe it, and they can't understand why their sales are below expectations in Chicago. Hey, people told you they weren't going to shop there to receive sucky service. We liked to complain how Field's had changed from the old-style store it used to be, but we still loved it. Macy's is such a step down, and I don't mean in costly merchandise, I mean in the way they run their stores and respond to problems.

I'm glad you didn't have to pay for shipping for an item they didn't have to begin with. That's a no-brainer, you'd think.
 
Geez, what a nuisance! I'm glad they finally refunded your shipping costs but they really should include something extra for your troubles. I've never shopped at Macy's before and after reading this, I don't think I ever will.

yeah, sometimes SA are dummies huh? wow, can't believe all this happened to you but it would have never happened at a coach store for sure. sorry this had to have happened to you and whoever was helping you needs to wake up!
 
I've ordered Coach from Macy's.com a couple times and everything has been okay...but this is making me reluctant to ever order from them again!

Hope you get your full refund back...:cursing:
 
This is absolutely horrid. I will definitely be staying away from Macys. Too bad their CS is so poor. Imho it has taken way too long fo them to even address this issue with you when it was thier error.
