LV x Kusama Collection 2023 - what to buy??

That's so weird - I was drowning in packaging for all my purchases!

I'm debating a final order. I'm having FOMO over the painted dots; I wasn't interested at all when they first showed them, but having seen them in person, I love the realistic effect. I think I need to be sensible and not get the Noé, MPA or Pochette Métis. :noworry: Does any one have a Paul notebook cover, Mini Pochette Accessoires or Elizabeth Pencil Pouch? (Just generally, doesn't have to be the Kusama ones.)

A quick search suggests the Paul cover might be awkward to find refills for. I also wonder if it's not too bulky; currently I do use a basic paper journal to keep track of events and activities, but it's a basic A5 Muji one in a plastic case that fits easily in many bags. I wouldn't put pencils in the Elizabeth case and not sure what else it could be used for. The MPA would easily be the most useful, plus I'd get the dotty lining ... but it's expensive.
I purchased the passport cover. Wanted something small with the dots. I love it.

Sadly the passport cover and cosmetic pouch aren’t available on the UK site anymore. Although with the kind of travel I do, an LV passport holder wouldn’t be the most practical choice; it’d never go anywhere! I may reach out the the London CA who helped me to ask about the pouch just in case.

Last night I’d almost convinced myself to get the Paul notebook cover; it seems like I might be able to fit my Kindle in it, and possibly even my A5 Muji diary if I was able to cut it down. But then, the Kindle and diary are good as they are because they’re both so slim! The mini pochette is really the most useful but ugh, the price.

I hope I receive one with my Romy, Ill see when it ships and from where.

Received 2 items today, Notebook cover from NY store; no special packaging and worse yet, did not receive the special dust bag, they kept it and shipped it in the regular one:mad: (calling CS to see if they can send me the correct one) The bandeau came with special ribbon, tag, and tissue.
Oh Meep what a bummer! :hugs:Another person mentioned a lack of packaging with the notebook as well. Wonder what that’s all about. I’m glad to hear you will call CS to see if they can remedy that. Keep us posted. Glad the bandeau came properly packaged. It’s such a gamble how things arrive although for the amount we pay there really should be much better consistency across the board. I’m guessing the store ran out of the Kusama packaging but there’s no excuse for swapping the dust bag.:hrmm: Your items sound delightful though! I hope you love using them.

I can't wrap my head around how humongous these charms are (7.9 x 5.9 in)

I ended up preordering the coin purse, which appears to be about half the size. I like the charm too, but I don't know what to do with it. It's far too big to use as a key chain and won't fit into my mini bags.
What are you using it for if you ordered one (or plan to)?
I órdenes The charm in blue but not used yet. The coin purse is uncomfortable for me so I re sold it , it was nice though

The pumpkin notebook cover accommodates the A5 notebook

I agree the MPA dots is great....except the price

The pumpkin cover (which I don’t seem to be able to find on the UK website) is the Auguste cover which is a bit bigger. It seems the Paul is itself around A5 size so slightly too small to fit an A5 notebook (whyyy would you do that …). I did find a thread where someone trimmed the edges off the cover of an A5 notebook so they’d go into the side pockets, then the main paper would be the same size as the cover.

That is the reason, why I did not get the dotted Paul cover (I LOVE the red dotted one…). I searched the whole internet for a fitting notebook which does not need trimming and did not find any… Only the LV one which only comes in a lined version and is ridiculous expensive… I also don‘t understand why you would design it like that…
