LV x Kusama Collection 2023 - what to buy??

It’s all good! I got to see it last week at an event, and it’s owner was proudly wearing it.

At least I saw it, so I’m happy about that!

I was just about to say this! If you were at the SoHo event, the gentleman that had it was nice enough to let people hold it and take pictures of it. Hoping you got to have some facetime with the bag and best of luck getting it down the line.
I highly feel that some of people won’t even wear it, and we will see it on the resale market soon. Over on Reddit there is a guy who bought it and doesn’t seem to have any intentions of actually wearing it…

Oh my goodness those coin purses attached are adorable! I'm sorry you can't get it Does LV allow for you to order from overseas? I've never tried so I don't know but I wish they did so you could get this.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful bag . This design never showed up in our Asia side in Singapore n it's unavailable. Looks really nice, I like the yellow one, really looks like a pumpkin lol...
On a side note, from online, looks like stocks ( pumpkin speedy 20 n face speedy 25) r flying off the shelves in store. I asked my CA n it seems that the bags can only be pre order now ( n not certain if pre order will remain open subjected to available stocks)

Yeah… I wouldn’t be surprised if some people are just treating the bags as nest eggs. I don’t blame them. It’s a very limited, iconic, and well-executed piece. It’s the only piece in the collection that I consider having a guaranteed return, and a good one too.

Here’s to hoping someone uses it, and just off loads it onto a regular secondhand website, instead of a specialty boutique lol I’m not trying to pay a crazy markup

I don’t know about anyone else but I’m going out of my mind checking my email to see when my items will ship! Ordered the Kusama Romy and coin purse last Friday am. Romy has been in processing stage since Sat but no shipping details yet. Seems so strange the way the website has been lately too… you can still add them to cart but the shipping time keeps increasing and now varies up to 2 months? That’s new!

I just received the On the Go PM. It is much more compact than I thought, barely slightly bigger than the Speedy Bandouliere 20. It is a nice size though. Also comparing size with the Speedy 30. I am not too fond of monogram normally, but I would keep some special pieces like these ones from the Catogram and Kusama collection. I also really like the fish key ring too.

I love the fish key ring! In the end I decided to put my money towards different items but I really wanted something with the fish on it. The Neverfull pouch would have been perfect if I could get it separately.

Yes I love the Catogram collection, esp with the rat/mouse lining inside the bag. I actually bought many items from the collection but many of which are still unused. This Speedy 30 is the one I have used the most and still holding up quite well.

I love the fish key ring! In the end I decided to put my money towards different items but I really wanted something with the fish on it. The Neverfull pouch would have been perfect if I could get it separately.

I also looked for some item with the fish on and ended up with key ring. I am still debating about the Hobo Cruiser from the men's collection. Also wondering where the Alma BB with the fish print in the middle is, or whether it will be available later. The fish is so cute though.

I've been lurking here since the thread started and I blame all of you for tempting me onto the Kusama bandwagon with your beautiful photos. I don't usually get speedy bags, and more surprisingly in the 20 size, but the blue colors seen in this collection were screaming out my name. I welcome with open arms my new pumpkin speedy (showing the blue side!) and the infinity dots speedy:

In regards to the blue Empreinte leather: Do you think I will have issues with the blue color transferring onto my light/white color clothing? I've had this happen to me when I was wearing a white top together with a Loewe bag (beautiful magenta color, lambskin leather). The color transferred onto my top but luckily the color came out mostly after a few washes. I am curious to know if this might happen with this bag.

Adorable and I love the bandeau on the Speedy 20

I didn’t *not* want to get a pumpkin bag. I love the print so much. I do feel guilty about keeping the cosmetic pouch because I only got it to have something in brown, a reason now invalidated by buying the NeoNoé. Maybe I’ll do that conversion thing for my girlfriend as she likes the print too. It easily fits a water bottle along the bottom and I think it’s quite cute as a bag.


Here are some photos, I was struggling to show anything more helpful than what’s already on the website! I do think it’s a great canvas (ha) for the print. Both strap lengths worked great for me at 5’3” and I also felt like the shape is good for me as a plus size person.

I love it too! Nice smooth zip (something the Keepall 25 I looked at also didn’t have) and a good shape. Do you think you’ll keep it as is or attempt the bag conversion thing? I was thinking if I just use it to hold something at home the print should stay intact, but I’m also tempted to convert it.

Thinking of converting. Ive ordered the D rings. I think it will make a great pochette. I saw someone the otherday wearing a kate spade crossbody bag and its the same shape

Got some of my ordered bags It’s a cloudy day where I live so the photo really doesn’t do justice to how nice that blue is…! I’ve already worn it out and it’s such a nice size! I was so tempted by the flowers speedy, but I think it’s enough with this cute blue speedy ^^

Took a pic at my friend’s as I’m travelling with just a cabin baggage size suitcase at the moment and need to debox everything to fit it in.



The SA gave me a box of perfume samples, a catalogue with stickers and separate stickers. The *other* stickers were from a vending machine outside the special YK room they had upstairs.



I know there are some people I know from the Loewe Ghibli threads here and I have to say, it’s odd to be drowning in special packaging.



Didn’t unfold the whole stole but I love the design.
