Is the receipt here authentic? This looks excatly like the receipt of a bag being sold to me...she said she bought it from montreal but it worries me that it says its paid in US dollar rather than canadian dollar. I will appreciate your help on this please. Thank you

Yes, I saw the receipt. I also noticed it was from an old thread dated back to 2009. Perhaps post in the authentication thread.
I had a similar looking receipt for a batignolles purchased back in 2007 or 2008 before I sold it.
i believe there water marks on authentic LV receipts. if you see that, then your receipt is good. Keep in mind that just because the receipt is authentic, it doesn't mean the product is. GL
Regardless of the receipt, definitely get the actual bag or item being purchased authenticated! The people here who run the authentication thread are very good, and you can also pay a legit authentication service for an inexpensive fee.
Water marks are found on paper documents to indicate authenticity and prevent counterfeit: money, cashier/money check, receipts, etc.

LV's water mark are found 3/4 down the receipt and made of their signature flowers.
