There doesn't seem to be a defined figure; it's just referred to as 'VAT refund'.

It is true that Louis Vuitton prices in the United Kingdom are lower than in other places. I have no clue about Canada, but I do know that in the United States it is certainly higher because of taxes. That said, it is cheapest in France and Germany, or any other place with the Euro, like Italy and Spain. Do not forget, however, that Louis Vuitton in the Middle East and Asia is most expensive.

Yes, especially after tax refund, check out the official website then choose UK as the country, you will see the prices before tax refund.
