i'm going to post my new-to-me Multicolor Speedy. i bought it because the patina was so even. usually when i look at pre-loved Speedies on-line the handles are too dark compared to the rest of the vanchetta on the bag. as soon as i saw this one i knew i had to have it.

Great find! I personally love this Speedy. It's in such mint condition with a very nice patina.

thank you! i was very apprehensive about purchasing this bag thinking it might be out-dated or a little young for me. but i'm so glad i have it now ... i'd wanted it since they were first introduced 10 years ago.

Looks like I'm a member now. Here's how the handles looked back in late November when my Speedy was new:

I don't use it everyday and yet 3 months later...patina! I thought I'd hate it, but it looks so much warmer now.

i never take it out when it rains, no lotion on hands and carry it on my arm as much as possible. surprisingly it becomes second nature and then nature takes its course and voila, lovely patina

my pre-loved 9 year old speedy 35. I had to clean the handles and I got this gorgeous even dark honey patina. I love her! and I, unfortunately, couldn't clean that ugly black spot.=( but other than that, I can't complain.
