I had problems surfing the LV website all day long but finally I managed to play with the personalization for the mini pochette.
Which one do you prefer? I have a favorite but would like to hear your honest opinion.
If I get the bag it will be used daily inside other bags and only randomly as a grab’n’go bag (I mostly think in Summer for nights out)

I don’t carry a lot of makeup, maybe only lipstick but it’s inside its original box so I’m not afraid of any product leak. so yes it could be used for maybe lipstick, tampons, chewing gum and kleenex.
If used as a pochette it will only fit my phone, keys, kleenex and some money/cards, no need for make up

That is beautiful I was hoping to get a card holder but then lockdown happened. I dont know if I can justify over 400€ for a card holder. So glad you got yours today! It looks unreal with the DA too

right now i am saving for a lady dior medium. i never had a bag that costs so much so i am wondering if i dont go a little overboard there or if the money is not better invested in a nice LV and vacation at the end of the year

If the Lady Dior has been on your radar for a while then go for it.
In my experience when I fall in love with a bag but then settle for something else it’s never a good idea, somehow I go back to the bag I originally liked and in many cases it has increased in price, so it’s a waste of money for buying other bags AND the original one but for more money.

No Chanel bag is truly worth their price, they are just ridiculous expensive for what it is Honestly you probably pay mostly for the name. I would recommend the mini for the price it is right now but if it rises to 4000 euro then I would save the money and buy LV instead.

Am I the only one that finds pricing for designer items insanely expensive?
A Neverfull MM is now 1.200 € if I’m not wrong, that’s quite a lot for a basic bag.
And don’t get me started on shoes and clothes, thank God shoes do go on sale or hit the outlets, and living near the Sergio Rossi factory is a great advantage for me (not for my wallet).
I’ve always gone the preowned route with bags, I’m now making great deals on clothes also, some were barely worn.
The MonMono Speedy will probably be my only bag purchased directly from a boutique.

Oh man... this is my dream. So pretty!! .. if I only could have one Chanel bag... but the prices give me stomach aches when you can buy 3-4 LV for the price... is it really worth it?
Will I love it more than my Lvs?

I’m exactly the same. I just cannot justify the price but that’s probably because i don’t think i would get to use it enough... i wouldn’t wear chanel to shops etc as i’m scared it would be a magnet for thiefs. Plus i would be scared to scratch it. But who knows, maybe one day my view will change

I need help on a decision. So I have a speedy 30 in DE in perfect condition. I got it 10 years ago as a birthday present from my parents. Never wore it much because it’s too big for me. But I listed it on Vestiaire and someone bought it however I am not sure if I want to go through with it. I will get around 525 euros after the commission is taken. But I’m thinking of keeping it because the quality was so much better 10 years ago and you can’t find a bag like this anymore from LV. What do you guys think? I’m kinda torn because I don’t wear it at all but also even if I sell it It’s not like I’ll get that much money for it. What do you girls think?

I am not a good example since I sold my Classic Speedy 30 Azur because it bothered me to hand held it all the time and I didnt wear it much.... GOD how it miss now!!!!!

I would buy it again and I am SO CLOSE to do that (even if that means I will never habe the fund for a Chanel in my handbag account) but it is 110€ more expensive than when I bought it yippie....
I dont want to go preloved for this one...

So you need to be absolutely sure! And the bag is now 910€ and when its in good condition 525€ is really not a lot

Mmm that’s really helpful!!! It’s a dilemma because I never wear it but then again it stores easily. If it only was a little smaller. But I think 525 is to little for me to part with my speedy. Maybe I’ll give it a wear when we are outta this quarantine! Thank you so much ladies!!!!
