I know best thing is to shop from our closet and find something that will solve the purpose. I agree that mini PA is not a must. I just got into the hype. I use it but still !!! These days i have hating all the new releases from LV and taking a LV break!!

Am from Melbourne and my SA from Chaddy left recently. I have a SA from Crown with whom i have not shopped. But she promptly replied to my messages. If you want to try her will personal message you her phone number.

As someone relatively new to LV shopping here’s how I rank the three Melbourne stores based on my recent experiences.
- Crown Melbourne is best when it comes to customer service, attention, being helpful around product availability. I had shopped there a few years ago with my sister and now again, they always were attentive and procured the item for us. My SA this time was lovely, gave me perfume samples, wrapped the items including the gift tag and box ribbons, also gave me her card.
- Chadstone comes in next only because my SA was superb with hot stamping my items with my first name (5 characters). She also helped me pick up an alternative product after I told her what I was after and I was happy with her suggestions. Unfortunately I think service could’ve been better.
- Collins St store is the worst on all aspects. The male SA I got looked burdened to attend to me. Kept pushing irrelevant products that I wasn’t interested in. Service was terrible to non-existent. Refused to hot stamp my item with anything other than my initials and that too was dramatic about it (Chadstone SA did it instead).

The pochette metis was available last night for about 1 minute on the Australian site. I added to cart but dithered about whether I should actually purchase (given the current crisis and global financial uncertainty) and in this time, it was gone. I have massive regrets and relief at the same time. I’ve resolved to save like crazy into a dedicated bag fund and pray when it comes up again (probably months and months from now) to purchase without delay.

Hey! It was around 10:30 Melbourne time last night. I have it in my Wishlist and refreshed then tapped the PM, which then said add to cart.
I hope that helps. Please post if you see hard to find items on here as I’m interested to see what becomes available. Thanks
