I ordered the Poche Toilette and the big cherries charm successfully on last week’s one day prelaunch, and almost felt a wave of relief at my LV’25 new change being over; but that wave went out to sea pretty quickly as I’m still dealing with StockX/LV double items with the big Superflat Panda and customisation of a CB Perfume Case.

I hope both these items come through, it should be a sweet pairing. Wouid you guys throw a Damier ebene, VVN or Monogram strap on the Cherries PT?

I’m really unsure what to do about my mid Feb Panda order that’s approaching 11 weeks once my StockX Panda arrives. Would it be insane to keep both?

Wonder if anyone else have pre-ordered anything from the final drop? I think Im done from Murakami too...ready for Christmas animation haha!!

You are on a roll mate!! Since the cherries pouch is monogram, I will prefer to use a monogram strap with it or the damier ebene one. But there's no rule on what strap is best, use one that you already own and change it up.

If you get your stockx item first then just cancel the one with LV? Or maybe call client services to check on status since it's almost home stretch?

Im so happy for you dear to order the speedy & the charm!! Actually, can you get use hubby to create an account with ur SA and order the cherry TP? Is there tax in Dubai? If you can get tax refund when you get them before your trip would definitely be good savings?

Yes the launch date is 22/5, time is unknown for now. I wonder if there's a digital launch but I will definitely keep all posted if I see or hear anything about it.

As per our chats, I managed to order the black mc TP from the 1st drop after seeing it restock over 5 times lol! FOMO hit me after discussion with hubby and he thought this would be iconic versus the cherry (and the high price given I still need to convert it). I hope I will like it...it was such a surreal feeling checking out after adding to cart and chickening out at least twice... this would be my alternative to the cherry one.

You're gonna love it @Mapoon I love mine SO much and it's the most used out of all my LVxTM 2025 pieces and has been on every trip with me too! It's tough, fuctional and travels well. Congrats again and yes I could have a think about another family member creating another account here or in Australia for the TP x

That’s great you managed to grab the murakami TP. That is a gorgeous piece and I’m sure you’ll get lots of use out of it. When did they say you will expect to receive it? I think there is a rumoured final drop of Murakami in May?

hey @jomirod I love wearing this LV gold strap from my coussin on all my TP's or Poche Toilette (I can leave some pics for ref), I find it literally goes with everything in my ever growing TP limited editions collection, but I think I love it most with my black MC TP currently. And I am having fomo having had to pick the cherry speedy 20 over the TP, but if I am lucky to also grab a cherry TP somehow, I'd wear it with this and then I think my second choice would be the monogram strap most probably.

For those in Sydney, I spotted a Cherry Blossom bag chain hanging on display in women’s accessories of the George St store 10min ago. May or may not be available, could be worth calling to enquire 🌸 I also bought the second last TM Spell On You bottle they have in store.

I also enquired on a vachetta bag strap for a Speedy - these have gone up from approx $530 a few days ago to around $730 (!!!)

Cannot do it just on principle - can get a Speedy with a vachetta strap for 2K more so it is a bit ridiculous. Husband checked Heathrow and same thing so looks to be in all markets. I am sad as I could have purchased 3 weeks ago before PI

The chain strap looks so good - i thought maybe chain style would be uncomfortable vs the mono strap but I just cannot do it with 40% PI.

Thanks @sleepydoc. and the beauty of the TP is due to it's size, I can never pack it heavy enough for my LV chain to be a problem so luckily it never hurts being one of my lightest bags that I carry. In saying that my best LV bag strap has to be my puffy speedy strap, it wipes/cleans so easily and feels like soft marshmallow's on my shoulder lol 😅 even when I attach it to my speedys, which trust me I can fill and are ever so heavy when I travel.

That 40% PI is just the worst, like wtf 😞

Btw my cherry's order is in the 'order in preparation' stages, so all my lovely Aussies check your status as yours could be too! I was able to pre order here on the 28th April, but I know you all in Australia could pre order even before me. Do you own or previously own any other monogram bags that has straps? If you have a history of that, maybe you can request to order just the strap "as spare part" on the impression that it was lost / damaged etc...I have sold some components of my multi pochette and I miss the canvas strap so I ordered it with my SA (of coz I had to come up with a realistic story on why I needed a replacement) and paid AUD$450 for it..waited for about 2 months.

I also sold my pochette metis (purchased in 2019) and wanted a monogram strap to go with my mini bumbag so I also ordered it (this was at least a year after I order the MPA strap) and it also cost me just AUD$450. So this is worth a shot but only if you own the bag as they will check your purchase history. Not sure if this helps?

Or bite the bullet and gave one of the canvas ones with the key pouch which is versatile enough to pair with other bags or the black canvas strap? Or check in the resale market.

Hi DrTootr - Fab suggestions! Your chain really does look great with your assortment of bags, looks like the perfect weight too. ✨

I have a friend in Tokyo who is keeping an eye out for a slim vintage monogram strap for me - the older style with the slimmer brass clasps which I think will work for both the modded CB perfume case and the Cerises Poche Toilette. I'm also having anchor points installed on the PT to make it a proper day bag - Some handmade vachetta ones this time.

I know, PI was crazy. Good point on the lightness of the TP, my husband said the same thing when I was complaining about the strap debacle! I may just try a chain from Bag and Sense when I order the insert to see how I like it. May I ask if you have any pics of the puffy speedy strap?
