Congrats on all your purchases. After not buying LV for a long time, I received my Speedy yesterday as well (with regular packaging), and saw that the back of the CB charm there is a crease in the leather. Just wondering if anyone else who purchased the speedy has this same flaw as I saw someone on YouTube that had this crease on their charm as well

Lucky I had previous packagings as this didn’t come with any murakami at all! If I hadn’t got it, I’d be upset to spend 4500 with nothing else.

I cannot believe how inconsistent the packaging for this collection in general is...probably one of the main complaint for every purchaser. Im glad you got the packaging from other items and main thing is you got your beautiful bag! The charm would be useful for other bags and it would cost over $800 just getting the charm on its own

Oh no!!! Congrats on the bag, but unfortunately, a few people have mentioned having this same issue with the tag. It was in the 2025 Murakami thread in the last couple of weeks, @DrTootr and @intrigue were affected.

It's up to you what you'd want to do. Probably a faulty batch. I have brought into store and sent a new faulty strap from my keepall XS to Paris for review. This was within a month of purchase, roughly. They sent me a new one free of charge, though it took a few months.

You could try that, or you could just keep it if you wanted.

Congratulations on your purchase! Not great about the creases on your flower, where is the QA nowadays!!

Hey @bagsamplified firstly thank you, you absolute LEGEND for letting me know about the Aussie LVxTM restock, you are the BEST! :heart:

Secondly yes it is I, Donna with the wrinkly at the back CB bag charm lol :biggrin: and @kas_kas it was most probably my YouTube video where you see me discover in actual real time in that video, that my CB charm had wrinkles on the back. And then I also shared it in here as well to see if I was alone or not. So welcome to the club and I just now look at it as a cute quirk, because the front of my charm and the rest of my CB speedy is absolutely perfect. And as I am based in Dubai, these CB Speedys are SO rare here there was no way I was giving her back and then potentially not getting a replacement due to the high scarcity. Is the front of your CB charm in perfect condition like mine?

Also the fantastic and very knowledgeable @BULL has written in these threads some interesting theories as to why this might of happened to our CB charms, so check them out as well if you get the chance and congrats on getting yours x

This collection has turned out to be much prettier than I thought. Maybe you can use the pink tag on another bag! 🩷🌸

Yes, It was your video Donna (hi!). My charm is perfect on the front as well. It’s not the first limited LV I’ve bought that has had slight imperfections so I just thought it might be a common problem as I haven’t been back on this forum in a long time.

That’s annoying - where is the quality control? I checked my charm and it is flat - no creases so far.

It seems like, based on the pattern of the creasing on these charms I’ve seen, that whoever placed the charms on the bag handle in the factory was not properly instructed, and forced the whole flower through the slit in the leather, rather than removing the flower via the stud hardware closest to the flower, instead. 🙄
