The Damier Neverfull MM is 1020 and the GM is 1090.

Can't help you out with the Speedy, sorry.

the prices are exactly the same for speedys as they are for neverfulls, just replace pm with 25, mm with 30 and gm with 35

I just inquired about the lock which is stuck without a key on my azur speedy and they informed me that they only sell the lock and key together for 45 AUD. For some reason I thought they'd be more than that!

It's only brass after all. I can't imagine a set of lock and key costing much more than that. Though it is interesting to get price confirmation on it =)
