Store purchase history is separate from online/over the phone purchase history!
Unfortunately you cannot see your store purchases but SAs instore can. your entire history - profile is accessible worldwide in any store.
This is how LV tracks your purchase limit for that year (if over 12 slgs + bags purchases over year)

I have no idea how people can get them and I was surprised I was told they had it...I’m glad I got it....but purchase with purchase I’m glad it wasn’t a min purchase amount...I did think about it for quite awhile...I think it’s a useful bag. The strap I can use across 4-5 bags (LV and non LV) hope it doesn’t fray with the adjusting!

Many years ago I was a regular customer at LV and had good relationships with a few SA (Sydney store) and was able to get limited pieces. Now it seems a lot of the older SA has moved on, I don’t see them in store anymore and lost touch. The other month I went and was served by a young gentleman. Lovely but he proceeded to explain to me about vachetta and here I am thinking, when I started buying LV, you were probably in nappies

I went into david jones store today, and their pop up.

no speedy nano, one sa told me she thinks its being discontinued and to buy pre love. Another said to keep coming back to check in to see if a Waiting list ever opens up again

The client services told me before that nano speedy is a permanent collection.....I think store are coming but to fulfil orders or those who pre ordered 3-4 months ago....there’s a back log due to demand more than supply...so far the SA s I spoke to sing the same tune - cannot order...that’s all..nothing about discontinued...
