Hello! Unfortunately nano nice is not a permanent item and no longer produced!
My friend ordered and her order got cancelled as no stock and she was told that it is no longer produced !

i think @Bumbles mentioned too !?

Yes I heard that too when I called CS yesterday. So it is true! Oh no! Missed another boat. I ain’t doing too well lol :sad: I thought it was going to be permanent so I went to peruse other items first. Ahh... back to the old drawing board. Ain’t success with my Wishlist lately.

Omg really? I was thinking of trying my luck at the store too..what a pity! It’s so cute! Back to trying to score a nano speedy then as that’s a permanent collection (as per the CA) just taking tortoise time

Yeah ! This is what my friend was told and am not sure why they did not make it permanent- it is beautiful !
Wish they did Nano speedy in cruise collection ! Any one pre ordered the heart bag !? The bag looks teeny tiny !? Am not sure if i should order without knowing dimensions !?

Yes everything in Australia takes twice as long as overseas, and from the stock quantity I feel like the orders should increase the quantity as it’s not enough. Funny thing is that I checked the nano nice in the US and they have lots of store showing available with it, but here they are telling us it’s sold out and not available anymore as it’s seasonal. Doesnt make sense. And now we dont have the tourists due to COVID, and us locals still can’t get what we are after. Arrgghh the frustration I tell you. And the CS don’t really care abt what you need or trying to get it for you anyway. Well the majority of them don’t. If you are lucky and have a nice one like you did and they got you the Xmas MP Ferris wheel, you are so lucky. Me I’m not that lucky.Hope you get the speedy nano. I have the nano turenne and love it to bits.

I have the new wave heart bag and it’s a great bag. Small but so gorgeous with the leather. It’s great. Im gathering it’s probably the same size as the new wave heart? If you dont mind carrying your phone separateply but after a unqiue special bag, then I say go for it. Yes if only they made the nano speedy in cruise. That would be devine.

Sadly true! Funny thing is we dont get enough stock but we share with Newzealand too! Am sure They will be frustrated too !

US has plenty in stock as many are made in the US!

My multipochette khaki strap is finally shipped and my SA told me that many who previously ordered have now cancelled as it is pricey !
I got the one that was preordered by another client and she rejected.

strap is easily orderable via client services!

100% agree with you. SA and CS here don’t care about what we want. They don’t even bother to reply message on the same day. Then what is the purpose for having company phone ?? We are talking about hundreds or thousands dollar stuff here. Just wondering why they don’t appreciate their loyal customer. Treat us like a beggar who is begging to buy stuff. Now I don’t want to stay with one SA anymore. Just try my luck by stalking the web and quickly run to store. :smile:

Yep totally agree 100% with you. I sms mine on Monday abt the Christmas animation and nano nice but still no reply and I also called them yesterday but no answer either. Maybe $620 spending is not worth their while lol oh well I can’t do anymore right? You don’t response or get me the item then my money is safe. That’s the bonus. I wish I lived next to an LV like you. 10 mins is amazing. Mine is in the city so by the time I drive there (~50 mins) it is gone. You had some lucky Scores recently and also your patience paid off with the clouds.
