The problem is.. I super love monogram cloud. So yes, I really hope for it. I don’t want refund, but I really worry they cancel my order because this is seasonal item.
I have called client services and they said they can’t check my order because I place at store, so they will email the store and ask them to follow up. I hope I hear good news soon.
Yeah it seems order systems from online/call centre/client services and in the boutique are different. I once asked my sa from the store about a bag I ordered online because I have waited for over 2 months, but she couldn't check the status because the system is separate.
Anyway, any sa in the store should be able to check on your order status. If you do not have a regular SAm, you can contact @manhoulv from his instagram and ask for help. He is super nice.
