LV graceful pre-loved

Has anyone purchased a pre loved graceful bag? My question is is, if you did would the LV store actually put the hot stamping on the luggage tag with no receipt??? How could you get it hot stamped?? Does a regular cobbler do that??? Thank you so much. I wish everyone a happy and healthy new year!!!!!

I think no need a receipt as long as it is authentic they will acknowledge the hot stamping of your luggage tag. You can call customer service to double check before going in. Happy New Year!
