So now, i;ve decided to sell it away as I believed same issue will happens.

Just received my Diane today and I love it. Question for the folks who usually wear the shorter strap but want the option to wear the cross body if needed - do you bring the long strap with you? Do you just leave it hanging? I coil mine up and put it inside the bag.. but I feel kinda silly where half the bag room is taken up by part of the bag lol.

I left them both on. I have since switched to a vachetta crossbody strap and keep both on.

I don‘t know why people don’t like the guitar strap. I have it on my Diane and I like it, actually better than the canvas straps that some bags come with..

I received my Diane bag today and it came with a Red bleed on the onthe front buckle, and when I went to exchange it, I didn't realize till afterwards when I was in the day light how wrinkly the front of the strap was does anybody's look like this?

I just took a quick photo of mine. As you can see, mine has a slight wrinkle, but it doesn't bother me. Exchange it if it bothers you. I probably would.20230213_235956.jpg

I bought a Diane the other day in Paris and ended up returning it the next day because one side of the stitching was terrible. I inspected it closely when returning back to the hotel and was horrified that I didn’t catch the warped stitching and little “holes” the stitches created. For those that think a Made in France bag is better quality, I’m here to say it’s not always true. Sad because this was the only LV bag on my radar. Left with nothing…. Boo!

Sorry, for the rant, but I’ll get back to your question. This bag didn’t have a wrinkled front buckle, but it did have a thick piece of black something (thread??) at the tip.
