I think most Diane owners love their bags. There are several reviews written previously within this thread by different people, YouTube as well. You can only know if you love it by trying it out in store or ordering online and have it delivered to your home. If it doesn’t work, you can return the online order for a refund if unused (it should not show any signs of wear and tear, dirty, etc).
Personally I don’t have the time to go down to the store (to-and-fro, just to try the bag on) often so I mostly opt for online delivery. Which means you have to make full payment first before looking at the bag.
Sometimes a bag can have great reviews but if you have something similar in your collection, you may not want to keep it as it seems like a duplicate. Some people are alright with duplicate areas in collection and wants all the different colours and variation while some prefer to have one bag that covers one or two type of usage.
Occasionally, I will see the Diane bag available to buy online now. Hope you can get one to try it on to decide if it is for you.

I love my Diane but wanted crossbody and didn’t like the included strap so I purchased this one. The vachetta doesn’t match but I don’t care.
Love it! My husband doesn't like the included strap either, and he mentions it all the time. Meanwhile, I am waiting for stock to return for the vachetta adjustable crossbody strap.
Great bag, but too casual for a cocktail party.
I totally would! It's on the more casual side but the strap(s) can be completely removed to make it a clutch and it sits pretty high up under the arm which I find hides the mono quite a lot when your arm rests against it. It wouldn't be the most elegant choice but it's doable if you don't have other options.

Did anyone else order Diane from the european website recently? I ordered the pink this weekend, but it wil be delivered mid September..

I was in several European countries in May. Every LV store did not have the Diane bag. The SA in the Cologne store told me that at least 25 people come in daily asking for the Diane bag. I had to order it online from the USA LV website while I was in Europe. It was waiting for me when I returned home. I bought the cardholder with the Fushia interior in Prague. It is a nice addition to the Diane bag.

I purchased my Diane bag on Jan2022, used less than 5 times. The long strap hardware tarnished and transferred to my D-ring and when I carry the bag the D-ring stain on my vachetta trimming. Ended up i brought it back to lv and they clean it for me for free but I can still see slight dent mark on the vachetta trimming due to the D-ring lying on the vachetta trimming when carried. So now, i;ve decided to sell it away as I believed same issue will happens.
