Sorry to hear that. There’s always a new collection round the corner. Their prices are so high now, we can’t afford to keep something that doesn’t make your heart sing. I mean, at least for me. I need good justifications for every purchase.

it has disappeared for me too, I am in UK. so annoying I have been keeping eye out for days for it to come back in stock 
Does that mean it was a very limited edition bag and will never come back? It seems they debuted it, raised the price and then took it away! The items go away so fast.

Thanks for all the posts of this thread.. This bag started to grow on me. I didn't care for the look when it came out but after saw several looks on social media I started to really appreciate the retro look of the bag. I really like the short strap look!
Just to let everyone know….my husband accidentally knocked over his iced tea onto my bag at a restaurant! It got on vachetta and wiped right off! No spots!! I can’t believe it!!! I’m now so happy I bought it! I was so worried about the vachetta. I knew it was pretreated but still was nervous when using.
Good to know because I’m also clumsy and surrounded by people like myself. Not that I wished that spill on anyone but thanks for sharing about pre-treated leather. I returned the bag for exchange for a week already… still no news on when my Diane is coming..

Call an LV Client Service CA on the website? I find them more helpful than store CAs because they don’t act snobbish over the phone. I also tried using messaging the CS number to get myself on the waitlist. Which was quite successful too. It seem to suddenly take off after it’s launch and now it’s never to appear available online anymore. But the response is kinda lukewarm here on pf, as compared to the speedy 20 mono.
