I love mine. It’s easy to maintain with the guitar strap and pre treated vachetta, fits a good amount of items despite its size and is very light to carry about.

I would like to ask Diane owners regarding the Vachetta leather trims. How careful must I be with those trims? I understand it’s aged. Does it mean that it’s “dirt-proof” or “water-stain proof”-ish?
I have a mini deauville with the treated leather and it’s not water-stain proof but you don’t have to be as careful as you do with new vachetta.
I love mine. I have only used it with the short strap so far. Surprisingly the short strap works well for me. The longer strap is a little short crossbody so I haven’t used it. As far as the vachetta I did have an unfortunate incident with mud this past weekend and it wiped right off. I was able to get it off immediately and it left no stain. This is my first experience with the treated vachetta so I don’t know if other people may have had a different experience but I was very lucky.
I love mine so much, it's perfect for me, great size and for the strap I've been using one from my eva, it's too long but it's so much better to wear this bag with a long LV leather strap. I have zero negatives about the bag, except the awful canvas strap it came with, it's very awkward to wear. It's very light and the magnet is a great way to open it, secure but not fussy. I love mine 
I’ve had no issues with the vachetta. My CA did say that you can’t take it out in the rain….it’s not water resistant. To me, the strap is what updates this bag. It’s not the boring LV mono….it’s fresh looking! I love the touch of color that it adds. I’d never wear anything but a fun strap with the bag! I don’t find the strap difficult to wear at all….I’m fashion trendy, so I can pull it off!

The bursting seams looked similar to the first one I received, supposedly it is not a defect, but I did an exchange with my SA because I didn’t like how it look and was worried the leather might get stretched further with wear and tear.
I would be back to the grind waitlist again… maybe they have been circulating the same piece of bursting seams around hoping for someone to accept it. I hardly waited for 2 weeks for my turn to get the Diane (from waitlist date to confirm date). Or maybe it’s a common sewing issue because of the corner sewing.
I stalked the website and was able to snag one a week ago! That’s how I got mine. Maybe try there?
i received my bursting seams piece in early Jan though. So hopefully it’s not that same one piece circulating all around!
My bursting seams are at both bottom corners.. not so much on the flap area.
So it’s a common problem for Diane…
After much thought, I’m returning my Diane. It just won’t work for me. I tried other straps and unfortunately it’s just not the bag for me
