The calfskin leather is similar to my LV mahina tote which softens and becomes shinier over time. I’m thinking of purchasing it in black too 😆.
Not from an LV source , but often they're not sure either, there were rumours online though so it might happen

Yesterday I finally made it to boutique to order my Damier Denim Speedy 25! 🥰 I can't wait to pick her up my store had only one on display and it was sold rather quickly. Hower, I had a chance of looking at the new Speedy Soft it comes in two colors (Arizona = beige and Noir = black) as of now and my SA said it was going to be permanent. I have to say that if I wouldn't have been so set on the denim I would've probably ended up with one of these. The leather ist so luscious yet substantial and the suede inside is simply devine! Definitely went right on my wishlist for December.

I’m glad to hear your review on it, I was hoping it would be beautifully soft. Speedy 30 is definitely my favorite size .
On the other hand congratulations on ordering the speedy in damier denim. It is my all time favorite and I’m sure you will enjoy it 🥰
Which color did you go for?
I played around with both and they are obviously very different but yet absolutely stunning! Even though I really have been enjoying the 25s lately; but 30 is a great size! You can't go wrong either way. Congrats!
I'm really trying to keep it together and not run right back to buy one. But now that I have this "one in one out" rule - I have to force pause myself. 😂 😅 But yeah I'm also extremely excited about the damier denim ever since I saw them online. I was wondering is it possible to comfortably wear it over the shoulder as a tall person as I'm usually not a big fan of crossbody bags? (I'm 6 feet)
I love the one in one out rule!! This whole season is killing me but I’m not hyped for the next years stuff so far so I’m telling myself it’s gonna be ok 😂
The Damier denim was 100% a cool release. I love the coloring with the pretreated vachetta. It’s gorgeous 😍

You can definitely wear it shoulder carry. That is how I wear it most times (I carry this bag a lot) and it’s comfortable and soft. If you are 6ft I think it will be much more comfortable for you as I’m 5’4 and I have to set it on shortest setting. I am not a huge speedy crossbody fan either so I understand 🥰
Thank you! I went with the Arizona beige. I don’t carry black bags very often so black wasn’t a contender. I absolutely adore that Arizona color!! I can’t wait to see it, I think it arrives next Wednesday 😍
It might be worth seeing it in person before you decide. You may like it! I have a Picotin 22 and the leather on it is divine so I was a bit disappointed with the LV Hobo leather.
