LV 2024 Collection

An exotic capucines has been a holy grail, must have item for me for a long while. But this is the first one I’ve seen where the colour has blown me away. I plan to use it only for special occasions but I wear a lot of white, grey and navy; so I can see it working for my wardrobe as something I carry 15-20 times a year.

It’s definitely the top end of my budget and not the colour I originally wanted (I had my heart set on a red or orange ostrich but I don’t like the shade LV does for those), but I feel myself falling in love anyway!

Excited to see if you purchase! Definitely special bags. Good luck deciding. I say go for it.

For me the capucines just shines in exotic leather. I would’ve loved a croc but I don’t see that as affordable in this lifetime 😂

Would you consider getting your exotic preloved? I know the capucines doesn’t hold value as well so it would be a good option to buy preloved if you can find it!

I also attached screenshots. I’m kind of in love with that blue, my SA got me videos and it’s so iridescent it is amazing - and I can pre-order it now, so that I get it as soon as the collection drops (approx 1st Feb).

Both pink and yellow read a bit lighter in the video than they do in the picture, while the blue is a tad darker. The pink leans more lilac than pure pink, while the yellow is more like a super pale lime.

My favourite by a mile was definitely the blue!

I was super excited for the denim collection but after seeing it- I’m not impressed. Like others have mentioned it already feels “dated”. I was 99% positive I’d be adding the nano speedy + backpack but between the poor quality and buckles/studs the collection is a fail for me. Everything felt cheap and almost fake..?

On the positive side(heh) I fell in love with the new Side Trunk size! This was not on my radar at all but the PM size is perfect for me and the quality is lovely. Getting one next week

The keep my heart is so cute and the chain is adjustable so you can wear it in any length. I saw some imperfections on mine. It looks like wrinkles on the leather or stretch marks! My CA said it caused by the leather being stretched out so much to form the heart shape and it will be the same on all heart bags. I’m not sure if I should keep it. Oh, for sure I would consider getting it preloved. I frequently peruse Fashionphile to see what's out there, and I definitely never see that one. It was just stunning. My daughter thought I was crazy for liking it so much, I think because all she saw was the price tag lol.

I actually haven’t seen anything much on social media, which surprises me! I’ve just seen the videos unfortunately, don’t have them with me. My SA said they weren’t really supposed to share them (she had some difficulty getting the videos for me).

Oh the Petit Malle in that blue is going to be stunning!!
