I have decided to keep the key pouch and exchange the cookie charm. I found a tiny cut (you can literally feel the cut) and mark (visually) on it. I apologized to my CA and told her not to strangle me for asking for exchange again, although it’s a different item. She’s out training today and will update me when she’s back in office.

I’m sorry, but over the years I’ve been involved with LV, MONEY is the point and quality is not up to luxury standards way too much of the time - me and way too many of you here have had massive quality issues and struggled with returns. refunds and often not getting the piece we wanted in the end. What an absolute joke - there are more similar quotes, but if money wasn’t the point why would Kusama be $500-$1000 per piece US higher than their regular identical products and so so many pieces?! Money is the only point. They need a serious quality overhaul. Maybe his daughter that was just appointed to run LV will tighten things up, it’s sure needed.
