I have decided to keep the key pouch and exchange the cookie charm. I found a tiny cut (you can literally feel the cut) and mark (visually) on it. I apologized to my CA and told her not to strangle me for asking for exchange again, although it’s a different item. She’s out training today and will update me when she’s back in office.

Sorry you are having quality issues! I read a Bernard Arnault (Head of LVMH, richest man in the world) quote I laughed so hard I spit my coffee. “What made Louis Vuitton famous was the quality. We don't do marketing; we just create products which are exceptional in their design and craftsmanship. Money is just a consequence.”

I’m sorry, but over the years I’ve been involved with LV, MONEY is the point and quality is not up to luxury standards way too much of the time - me and way too many of you here have had massive quality issues and struggled with returns. refunds and often not getting the piece we wanted in the end. What an absolute joke - there are more similar quotes, but if money wasn’t the point why would Kusama be $500-$1000 per piece US higher than their regular identical products and so so many pieces?! Money is the only point. They need a serious quality overhaul. Maybe his daughter that was just appointed to run LV will tighten things up, it’s sure needed.

Hope you get a perfect piece next time! It’s really clever and cute.

Thank you @DrTr :heart: I too hope they will have better quality control so we can just happily enjoy our purchases without feeling frustrated for spending so much yet didn’t get what we signed up for.

I like the zipper pull, it’s unique and has the LVxYK signature at the back. The front is a splash of white dot paint and I haven’t peel off the plastic yet.

I love the pumpkin gift tag, it’s a surprisingly hard tag, different from their usual material.

The signature pumpkin and the made in France writing inside is now worrying me. My intention is to use it to store keys and the keys will be stored inside and not left hanging outside. So, my worry is - will the writing inside eventually wear off, with my keys being the culprit, rubbing them off? My previous key pouch was a canvas piece which I used for 5 years before retiring it. I’m not sure about Empreinte and the writing (hotstamp?)

I wasn't going to get anything from this collection until I saw your gorgeous photos. I caved yesterday and ordered it along with the Ivy WOC. :panic:

Yes!! The Kusama key pouch I got had shallow embossing too!!! But the bright red and white dots totally take over the attention anyway.

You scored a great piece, totally agree, the embossing doesn't matter since the print is so vibrant! I liked how solid the zipper felt, too- you took great photos!

Would also like to know about how empreinte key pouches wear inside when keys are stored- I want to use my Stardust key pouch properly for keys but have wondered the same about scratching the beautiful leather and script.
