i would absolutely buy one if i didn’t have to get a whole expensive bag with it.Another one who loves the pumpkin pouch!! I think they would have sold tons of pumpkin charms and pouches if they'd made them available separately ... which is probably why they didn't.
Sorry to hear it’s not feeling quite right to you. It is a gorgeous piece, but bumbags are so personal as they sit so close. I tried 3 different ones, the women’s one, two men’s, and ended up with a NIGO sling bag rather than a bum bag. I truly wear as a sling over my shoulder and not as a bumbag, though it functions the same way, but I had a really hard time find the exact one that fit, suited, the zipper was easy, not to big not too small. What I ended up with was absolutely perfect - I use it as my dog walking bag and didn’t want a huge piece that stuck out, needed an easy zip option, and didn’t want it to swing away from my body when walking fast or cleaning up after my fur kid. Yikes I’m picky
Indeed insane prices, yes for a special occasion! I would have considered a bag with this black and white print on it, I think it’s gorgeous and very interesting.

Sadly, part of my issue is that I just don't think I am "hip" enough to pull it off at my age. Maybe I will take a look at the sling bags. Again, your words mean a lot to me today. Sorry to hear about your post holiday funk, it can be a downer. I wish the bumbag had helped perk you up, but it sounds like it may not be your best fit, even as gorgeous as it is. And I too hate returning things to an SA, although online returns don’t bug me as much. Hope you figure it out - let us know. If anyone gets your dilemma we do!

I bought the Marellini at Nagoya boutique only because I was in Nagoya for few days. Nagoya boutique didn’t have too many Kusama pieces. Most of the Kusama pieces became available in the store around January 5 in Japan and Marellini was selling pretty fast so I placed an order at the boutique. If you go to any LV boutiques (not the ones in department stores) they will help you place an order if you would like a specific item. You will need at least 3 days to receive the item and will need to go back to the same boutique if you would like to purchase as tax free.

If you like the pumpkins designs, you probably should wait until second drop. Only other items I have seen for men’s are blueish taurillon with the potato heads and stuff like that.
Womens get those blue with white dots, black with pink dots and also pumpkins and potato heads / screaming face, and those flowers
Don’t forget the collection is dropping END of March. We always had a price increase in the first 3 months in the last years. If there will be one in the first 3 months of 2023, expect the kusama prices of wave 2 to be even more than now. Just to let you know.
I’m glad it helped. My guess is that you would be hip at any age if the bag were the right size for you. Things that don’t fit properly can make us feel quite frumpy
