Is the dent in the body of the bag or just the clochette? If it was the clochette, I'm sure they can easily replace that small item. If it's the body of the bag, then darn! That embroidery is soooo pretty.
The dent is at the body, near the zipper . I don’t mind the small dot on the clochette that the warehouse staff pointed out, that can be easily covered by hotstamping . It’s this dent that I couldn’t accept :tdown:02AA6CEE-B715-4CB5-AD20-9AED4F158400.jpeg

I tried Pacific Chill at the store. Not bad, kinda feels like a toned down version of Sun Song. The cédrat and lemon were the strongest, most prominent notes for me.

Also touched the Monoglam canvas. It is like the 1854 canvas getting clear PVC poured all over it. Way more plasticy than the regular canvas. But it doesn’t feel cheap at all, but I can see if some people won’t like it.

For the NF “seams” where the front and back canvas meets, it’s actually “folded” inwards to align the motifs (not perfectly aligned for mine but it’s close enough for me). Kinda like origami folding and it’s amazing how they could fold and sew it without the bag “splitting”…

I don’t know if you could understand what I’m referring to. The front and back canvas panels are not stitched up together but folded inwards. Is it like that for all NF? I haven’t own a NF, only an Iena and my Iena was stitched together for the front and back panels. So I find it amazing.
