LV really need to up their game. They seem to be churning out new collections left right & centre but the quality is going down & down. I'm waiting today for a replacement Opera bag. Had to return the first due to some serious quality issues. The zip was wonky in the main central compartment, the magnetic fasteners were not aligned properly so didn't do up. The way it arrived & the way the detachable strap was just screwed up & thrown in the bag made me think it must be someones return. It's so disappointing when you've waited patiently for your new bag to arrive & open it excitedly to find something of that value in such a poor condition. Do LV not do quality control checks before something is shipped out? Some of the client advisers can be so rude as well. They're totally different chatty & friendly when you're making a purchase but when you contact to ask about anything else they don't have the time of day for you. I'm not saying this is all of them but just my experience lately with the ones I've been in contact with. It's beginning to question my loyalty to the brand.
EDIT: So my new Opera has just arrived & will also be returned. Very disappointing. I was told this bag would be double checked to ensure its sent out in pristine condition. Clearly they can't see properly!
I’m so sorry, this is so disappointing! I am feeling the same way lately, I have returned 2 bags because I wasn’t happy with the quality. In the end I went to Cartier and then got a Marc Jacobs bag instead.

Another piece that I would not accept 
This Alma BB was specifically brought in for me as this is not available for my region , but I have to reject it , the dent in the leather is too deep and would not recover. I hope they will arrange another piece for me

If it's the body of the bag, then darn! That embroidery is soooo pretty.Another piece that I would not accept

I'm sorry this happened. I orderd a Maida Hobo in Turtledove. Back it went. The center seam at the front was wayyyy off.I like your style
Bag is gorgeous but puppers are better! I showed the bag to my husband and he really liked it so I ordered it. Not available to see in my store so I will just get it and touch it myself. I'm kind of excited that it is NOT oversized logo and I think the pouch being Navy makes it nicer. I should have it by Monday.
I'm so excited to try this! Does it have any heaviness to it at all? Or is it just light and fruity?
