LV really need to up their game. They seem to be churning out new collections left right & centre but the quality is going down & down. I'm waiting today for a replacement Opera bag. Had to return the first due to some serious quality issues. The zip was wonky in the main central compartment, the magnetic fasteners were not aligned properly so didn't do up. The way it arrived & the way the detachable strap was just screwed up & thrown in the bag made me think it must be someones return. It's so disappointing when you've waited patiently for your new bag to arrive & open it excitedly to find something of that value in such a poor condition. Do LV not do quality control checks before something is shipped out? Some of the client advisers can be so rude as well. They're totally different chatty & friendly when you're making a purchase but when you contact to ask about anything else they don't have the time of day for you. I'm not saying this is all of them but just my experience lately with the ones I've been in contact with. It's beginning to question my loyalty to the brand.
