Luxury Malleries - are they authentic?

Hi, In April you were inquiring about an LV on Malleries. How was your experience? Did you eventually buy it. I have been 'looking' at one the vintage Chanels but dare not take the plunge - I hear you about using paypal and another tpfer mentioned authentication. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I found out about Malleries through a youtuber "MelSoldera." Before I made the purchase on Malleries I compared LV speedy bags on that site as well as others since I've never owned any LV I wanted to make sure all the details on the speedy matched up. I also watched a few YouTube reviews on the bag itself and how to identify a fake speedy. Then I contacted MelSoldera and although she could not authenticate it for me she did guarantee the website was legit. Once I received the bag about 3 days later I though it was a fake and was to embarrassed to take it any LV boutique to have it hotstamped or even looked at for that matter. I tried contacting the seller and got one email saying it was authentic and then I tried contacting Malleries and they didn't offer much help basically just stated I needed to reach out to the seller and that all their items are authentic. I then went to PayPal and they did offer me a refund once I returned the bag but the return shipping postage would have to be covered by me. As a last resort I came on here to see if someone could give me a second opinion and it turns out the bag is AUTHENTIC! To clear any doubts I had I took it to a LV boutique to get it hotstamped and they took it in! They will NEVER service a counterfeit bag. Vintage chanels will be very hard to authenticate unless you can compare another vintage of that bag so you can see if the details match up.

Hi, what an experience you had and I am so glad your shopping experience eventually turned out to be a good one. :smile1: Thank you for sharing your experience.

.. and I agree with you about vintage channels. I had bought two so far and I had them authenticated with one of the external authenticators mentioned frequently on this forum. Thanks again and enjoy your sunday. ;):smile1::smile1

Hello and welcome, you should be able to buy without customs charged if the seller is in the UK or within the EU.

It's important that you ask in the LV authentication thread before buying, see this thread at the top of the page in the LV forum here: Louis Vuitton Shopping

Is this ok?

Hello! This is my first purseforum post!

Has anyone bought from TBQ International on malleries.com? Good experiences?

I love this bag http://www.malleries.com/item.php?sID=2665&iID=180460 and wanted to get more info about the seller before I commit. Also, anyone able to confirm authenticity? Hehe I know there is another thread for that but while I am inquiring...

Thanks!!

Hello and welcome, you could post for authentication in the Chanel forum here: Authenticate This CHANEL • Read the rules & use format outlined in 1st/2nd posts

(add more info see first and second post)

Good luck.

Hello!

I am very new to purseforum, though I have been a reader for many years. I am now in need of advice.

I found an Hermes Silk'in compact wallet on Malleries from the seller Love That Bag (someone else appears to have asked about them but with no response). I posted an authentication question under the appropriate Hermes thread, but I have not received a response, which I assumed was because it was my very first post. I'm still hoping someone will respond though, but I understand.

But my question for this thread is if anyone has purchased from Love That Bag before and what were the results.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as the purchase would save me a 3.5 hour car ride to my closest Hermes boutique.

Thanks so much!
