Max’s photos from ascot last year are a firm favourite. He knows what the people want!
Whilst scrolling through getty, I’ve stumbled across a pap set of photos from February, listed as a celeb sighting. Strange that it’s on Getty but it was never picked up by a newspaper (print or online).
Wonder if something was said to the press from the palace after a month of near-endless content about him to back off as he’s a private citizen?
Note: it’s filed under Lt Col rather than the full written lieutenant colonel.

Jonny's sideburns are auburn but I think that the red lights in his hair show through more in summer when he's caught the sun, as he has here, and perhaps too on his face when he needs a second shave as in Max Mumby's wonderful Ascot photo from last June.

I saw that set of photos as well bellecrown - they are from 22nd Feb so shortly after the infamous pap pics. It looks like he has possibly been caught arriving or leaving work with all his kit and caboodle! - photogs probably camped out at locations they knew he would be? As you say - being on Getty its a wonder they have not been picked up and used somewhere🤷♀️.
The agency is MEGA who are the new version of Splash pap photos and supply all UK tabloids. I just, again, don’t really get who would know where he’s hanging out and socialising and it’s not like he’s on socials telling anyone/everyone where he is and he’s technically a private citizen- but then again, paps and the papers probably know and share info especially if the first set was, as we assume, staged.
Very strange indeed. I’ve probably set a cat amongst the pigeons and these will go across the JT social channels over the next week (apologies to JT if you read here, you handsome devil!)

He looks so much better in those photos than in the pap shot-trimmer and hair is shorter. More like himself I guess.
Well bellecrown, I had to smile - your cat and pigeon only took a few hours🤣🤣 ..... already up on Insta now🙄. Seriously, they were freely available to anyone searching - so only a matter of time before they were picked up. Social media can't be contained - its the wild west!!

At least Jonny's on his own so there isn't any real context to the photos other than that he's in London and has his military kitbags with him.
He's just begun to look so much better - I really hope that he can now just get on with his personal life in whatever way makes him happy.
Obviously KMC1966 😂😂 - and twitter/x too. Perhaps I should’ve kept the knowledge of them to myself, just surprised me that he was being papped on the streets of London throughout February - which arguably wasn’t the peak of interest in him (jubilee, funeral, coronation). Just adds to the strangeness of the first few months of the year!
They would have surfaced at some point bellecrown - so I wouldn't sweat on it. Agree with what SifR8 said..... to me he looks happy, healthy and relaxed recently. On the fewer occasions we see him now he looks very comfortable & confident - I suspect the odd pic here and there on socials is probably no big deal for him now. I sense he has moved on with his life professionally & personally - exactly as he is entitled to do. Good for him I say. We will just carry on appreciating from a respectful distance😉🤩

I too miss the many photos there used to be of him when he had a more public position. I am glad he is happy in his new job.

The trouble nowadays is that photos can be doctored or created with artificial intelligence to potentially discredit Jonny if someone has ill intent. That's why I think it's important to be careful about what is posted unless he's on official duty, and perhaps if not, then that he's alone.
I may sound over-protective, but Jonny's a high ranking military Officer who is still on active duty with the Royal Regiment of Scotland ( we don't actually know what his current duties include, nor need we ).

I don’t think you’re overprotective. The 4 batches of photos taken end January through February were done on tip offs. Whether it was to intrude in his private life or to make a “statement” who but Jonny knows. As there have been no more that we know of it is obvious that Jonny has, hopefully, dealt with the leak. In the latest photos at The Royal Windsor Show he looks back to his normal gorgeous self, at ease, chatting and laughing. I really wish him health and happiness ❤️
