Among all of the pictures and videos we have seen of Jonny this past week, this is one of my favorites. He looks like he is in deep thought. Eagle eyes on the something. It reminds me of the Germany picture when he was wearing the N2A uniform. At least I think that was his uniform on that day.

Not yet cold enough to wear the RRS Scotland Army Great Coat but I love this one of Jonny. How can anyone's back possibly be that straight?

I fear for the sword over the shoulder though. I wonder if Sandhurst teaches sword handling and if anyone has ever hurt themselves while learning.

What a picture! The combination of the footwear, headwear, with that beautifully designed coat! What a classic look that could be in centuries past.

Just look at our lovely Jonny's beautiful smile!

I think this picture was taken on the day 5 Scots passed their "Fit for Role" inspection in preparation to go to London for duties at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle.

That shine is always there! He must have to work really hard to keep them in that shape. Can you imagine having walked through sand, gravel, mud, water and rain on Royal visits, and because everything needs to look sparkling, having to clean them on the fly so to speak before getting out of the car at the next stop? Must be difficult. Plus all of the rest of his uniform pieces have to be maintained as well. It must take up a good amount of his time during one of his work weeks.

Last week during the visit to France we saw photos of Jonny carrying a bag and we had some laughs about what must be in it. I just knew I had seen Jonny carrying a similar bag or pouch in an older picture. Finally found it!!! Don't know where this pic was taken. There seems to be a good laugh going on between Jonny and one of the photographers. Look at the smile on his lovely face!!!

August was such a busy and exciting month with all of the Gatherings!

I came across this earlier picture of our beautiful Jonny when he was a Major. It looks like it may have been during one of the Gatherings but I am not sure which one. I love how he is looking directly into the camera!

The photographer he’s talking to is veteran royal photographer Arthur Edwards. Charles likes him and if you go back and watch William and Kate leaving hospital with any of their babies, you can see William say “look for Arthur!”. The whole family seem to like him!

The photographer he’s talking to is veteran royal photographer Arthur Edwards. Charles likes him and if you go back and watch William and Kate leaving hospital with any of their babies, you can see William say “look for Arthur!”. The whole family seem to like him!
