hi...everyone ...i am new in this fitness forum....Has anyone heard of this LPG machine.... i recently sign up a course in a slimming centre...just wonder if its really works...

I've done endermologie (LPG) and find that with repeated treatments it makes a mild-moderate difference in cellulite. If I had unlimited time and $, I would continue, but found it to be fairly spendy for the results that I got.

Oh - one other thing. The results don't last long after you stop treatments. The center suggested you could go down to occasional treatments after an initial 12-15 to maintain your results, but I found I needed to be doing at least a few treatments a month to see the benefits.
